The service
Crunch My Mortgage provides free mortgage calculators and explanations for general educational use. You do not need an account, and there is nothing to buy.
Estimates, not advice
Calculator results are estimates based only on the numbers you enter and the formulas described on each page. They are not a loan offer, a commitment to lend, a rate quote, or financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Crunch My Mortgage does not take loan applications, quote rates, collect leads or sell visitor information, and no lender pays to be featured. No warranty
We work to keep the math correct and the explanations accurate, but the site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You are responsible for checking results before relying on them.

Embedding our calculators

In return, keep the credit line under the calculator visible and linked as provided, do not alter the calculator or its results, and do not present its results as a loan offer, a rate quote or advice from you or from us.
